Welcome to
The GfG Gütegemeinschaft für Gabionen e.V. aims to establish a transparent, permanently neutrally monitored, standard-compliant quality of gabions by creating rules.
This begins with planning, continues with the correct tendering process, the manufacture of the products through to construction and acceptance/warranty.
The instrument for this is RAL quality assurance. This involves the binding establishment of principles for the planning and construction of gabion structures, the assurance and monitoring of the quality of gabions and their building materials and the further development of gabion construction methods.
A constant exchange of experience and information between the members of the Quality Association, the continuous assurance of quality, the exploration of optimization possibilities for products at the highest quality level as well as assistance for companies in the development of quality criteria form a further part of the tasks of the GfG Quality Association for Gabions.
